I ordered a pair of Boots from Zando. I did an eft on the 7th of Jan and received a mail on the 10th of Jan. advising that they were out of stock (notice the 3 day delay). I requested a refund on the 16th of Jan and was informed on the 17th that the refund has been processed. The refund was indeed only processed on the 22nd of Jan (another 5 day delay). After complaining I was told that there was nothing they could do and that the waiting period of 3-7working days will again apply. The refund will now take between 10 - 14 days to reflect back in my account. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. ZANDO will never see my money again!!!
