Blocked card without reporting or lost

On the 16/8/2013 i went to jet to purchased a few items the cashier told me card was reported. I felt embarrassed and top of all I'm a regular customer and loyal how the would i go and buy with my own card which has been reported. So i ask the cashier who reported the card or missing she told me edgars on 8/8/2013 went i made a few purchases made me more of cause on that day the alarm went off. Gustov forgot to remove the tag and it was reported by front door security the same day my card was reported. I went to edgars which i received bad service and i was told it was a jet matter not edgers. There i was helped by Gustov once again and refuse to tell why Edgars blocked the card. I called the store who and told me head office blocked my card and jet gave me wrong information. And to say they never blocked my card it was confirmed by head office it was a inside store member who made the called. My questioned was who gave them permission without blocking my card she never came back to me and I'm still waiting they made me felt like I'm a. Maybe the CPA will take the matter further.
