Unhappy with the goods and service

We bought couches from Red Apple in October 2012. In three months stitches started coming out.
We contacted Thandi at the Sandton Branch who spoke to her senior and was told those were last stitches to come off and that they wouldn't come off any longer.
As we use the couches, more stiches come off leaving holes. We cannot use the couches any longer fearing that more stitches may come off.
Our concerns were not addressed and we were dismissed despite paying R22 495.00 for couches which we thought should have been premium quality and are not.
