About an year ago I bought a mattress from Bears Hoedspruit. A few months thereafter the whole pillow top sagged leaving holes where we laid. Bears Hoedspruit then replaced the pillow top with the same one yet about three months back we got exactly the same problem. Bears then sent out a consultant to investigate on which he wrote a report and sent it on to their head office. I was told that this mattress was taken off the market due to quality issues and will be replaced by a different one. Three times now I've been told that my mattress is on route yet still nothing... On the 15th of August 2013 I was contacted by Bears and again promised my mattress will be in Hoedspruit on the 16th August 2013 yet once again on the 16th I was contacted 3 pm and told my mattress was not loaded. I do not think the problem is with the branch yet rather those dispatching/supplying to the branch. I even out of sheer desperation suggested that they refund me yet was told that won't be possible.
