Unhappy about promices not kept

I have bought a game from [URL Removed] Paid via credit card on the 12Aug. The order was dispatched on the 14 Aug and has been in Cape Town for the passed two days. The courier company advised that i should receive the parcel by the 16AUG and [URL Removed] advised that i will get the delivery within 24 HRS. I thought that the delivery would take about 48 HRS as i live in KZN. Unfortunately i checked the status again and the parcel has not left Cape Town yet. This means i will only get same by Mon or Tue 20Aug. this goes against their "24Hour" delivery note on the product. I do understand that it will take time, but i am sure that the courier company used by [URL Removed] would have sent the parcel to Dbn already it has been 48 HRS. I then asked Kalahari why the parcel is still there and they advised that i must ask the courier company. Which i did to no avail. the Lady at Kalahari [URL Removed] said she does not know what the delay is and she can not help me today as it is already to late to try and speed up the delivery. She also advised that the 24 hr means it could take 24 hrs, No where did they state that this is an estimated timeframe. So i cancelled my order and wont buy there again.
