Edgars
Account Paid but still shows outstanding money

Good day

i had an edgars account which i paid in full on 22 June 2013, I contacted Edgars head office to close the account and send me letter stating that i have paid up the account and it is closed .on the 26 June 2013 i have received the letter from Refiloe Raphata saying the account is closed however when i checked with transunion yestersday they told me that the account still shows that i owe edgars money even through i have paid and closed the account. Can someone tell me who should i contact to get this matter resolved ASAP as this is putting my credit score very low
