I was so excited when FLM opened in RTB, as that meant I will finally be able to buy stuffed jalape? os! There is no other place in RTB to buy it. Unfortunately a few months after opening, I went to buy some for a mexican dinner party, and the floor personnel informed me that they dont stock it anymore. Why would you take an existing product of your stock? She told me I was the THIRD person to say that I only come to FML for the jalape? os. Obviously we didnt just buy the jalape? os, so it's not just those sales you lost.
Earlier this week it was my toddler's birthday and I went in at 10:00 to get 20 donuts to take to her school. When I got to FML the donut machine hasn't even been cleaned yet and was told donuts are usually only ready by 12! It's ridiculous to have products only ready by noon! So you see, the two reasons - Jalape? os and pastry - I went to FML has disappointed me and there is no reason for me to go back there. It's the little things that keep customers happy guys, and unfortunately you've failed. Your customer service and satisfaction is not a priority and this will loose you (more) customers, and in the long run, maybe even your branch...
