My wife bough me 2 pairs of pants as a present. On fitting the pants the following was discovered:
The 1 pair had NO button above the zipper. And with in a month (or two) the zips on BOTH the pockets broke!
I returned these pants, only to find out that they did not have a replacement size in stock. No problem, I explained; I'll give them some time to get stock, or they can credit the pants.
A couple of days later the shop staff phoned me and explained that they had found stock in Knysna, and they could send it over PROVIDING I PAY THE COURIER FEES between their branches. Right? I told them I will not be paying these fees, and they either need to replace the pants and/ or credit me.
Two weeks later I was phoned, and informed that the replacement pants where ready for collection. So 45Km later I'm back at the store, ONLY to discover that the replacement pants are NOT THE SAME PANTS! I actual had to ask the staff to go and get my old pants to compare, as the staff tried to convince me that it is in fact the replacement pants!
Finally a double whammy, the second pair of pants zipper has also broken.
These pants have only been worn 6-7 times! I expected more from Duesouth!
