Been Trying to get an extended warranty since Nov

I bought 2 major items from the Dion wired online facility, a double door fridge and a television. During the purchase there was no option for extended warranty. I later called the online shopping call center and was helped by a clueless agent, claiming Dion Wired does not offer any extended warranty. Then I went to the store, and made the same request again help by a clueless person. I could not get a extended warranty because I did not purchase in store. Totally frustrated for my attempts, I finally call the Dionsure number and they will not help me. It has been months now, I am totally frustrated trying to get these major item's warranty extended. Purchasing online is supposed to make your life easier, but its just a waste of time. Dion Wired has lost my business, I have rather opted to purchase from Game stores, even though the prices are better at Dion Wired.
