15 November 2011 I bought a bed from firniture city, after I found out that the base is making a cracking noise so I reported it by Furniture city head office on 15 August 2012, the complaint only came through to Sealy on a month ago, so it will be in July 2013, they took a year to tell Sealy that my bed is faulty and now Sealy wants me to pay R200.00 and someting cents to get the new base and I feel beacuse Furniture city should pay that ammount as I have been waiting for them to do their work for a year.
