I would like to lay a complaint against Edgars/Jet airtime line, sometime last yr I got a call from Edgars where I have account asking me for subscribing for getting R50 monthly airtime which I agreed upon it so what happened on last Saturday I lost my cellphone and went to Police Station to report it and I was then told to call my service provider to give me ITC no so I called MTN and was told that my service provider is Autopage that gives me monthly airtime I called autopage and told me to call RMCS so I called RMCS and told the consultant what happened to my fone and I requested ITC number and i wanted to do swim and was told that it will take 24 - 48hrs to get them, earlier today I received a call from RMCS for sim swap and consultant told me to pay R140 in to their account for sim swap I said I'm not going to pay such amount to do simswap as I was never told and I never got document with terms & conditions of the contract, until now I am sitting without getting ITC nor having my cellphone number back, RMCS never sent me anything written in black and white stipulating conditions of the contract, every time I call they told me 48hrs is not yet over why must I wait for so long
