I placed an order for 4 cases of wine at the Old Mutual wine show in Sandton on the 7th of June.
As was required, I paid in full.
A month later I had not received my wine so I mailed Erna Brink from Makro Strubens Valley to enquire about delivery. I was informed that due to stock shortages my wine would be delayed. A week later I was told my wine would be delivered. The delivery arrived one case short. Again, I contacted Erna who informed me they still had stock issues and my wine would be delivered as soon as possible. Another month has come and gone and still my delivery is not complete. I feel it is dishonest of Makro to insist on my full payment and then drag the delivery out by two months (and counting)
