This is unbelievable.
I ordered furniture on 12 June which was supposed (at the time) to take 3-4 weeks to deliver. I told them not to rush but rather take their time and get it right. I did emphasise though that it needed to be delivered by 25 July as some of the items were a birthday present. There were 3 items - a dressing table, a bedside set of drawrs and a chest of drawers.
The dressing table was delivered at the correct time and apart from being assembled incorrectly (we had to take off the side morrors to reverse the hinges) everything was ok with this item. The bedside chest of drawers was out of alignment and the chest of drawers was not the design that I ordered. 31 July -items get redlivered; this time the pedestal was right but the chest of drawers was out of alignment. I was told a plan would be made - this involved delivering a new set of drawers today which once AGAIN was out of alignment.
So here we are; just under two weeks after the agreed upon delivery date (which I was happy to initially extend) with 3 chests of drawers being delivered and having to be returned. What a joke. And finding someone there to sort out problems seems impossible too.
