After sales service is non-existent

We bought a gas stove/oven in August 2012 from Hirch's in Fourways. When this was delivered to our home, there were parts missing. It took about 2 weeks before the missing parts were delivered. In December the stove started giving us problems as in the plates would not go on. We called Hirchs and were told that someone would call us back to let us know when they can come out to help. Needless to say, no one came out!!! After another 10 calls eventually someone came to fix the stove. He broke one of the parts, and assured us that he would bring another part to replace it. Not even a week later, the stove is doing the same thing. We called Sean and have spoken to him countless times about this problem... But its not being resolved. This morning again, I called, Sean is off, which again leaves me explaining the whole story all over again and again waiting for how long??? This is seriously becoming ridiculous!!!
