On 31 July I ordered a name pendant for my daughter at the American Swiss at the Boulders in Midrand. Firstly the person assisting didnt have a clue of what to do - after waiting for her to call around (3 various people) I paid the 50% deposit and left. This morning (8 August) I called to find out about progress only to be told that they hadn't even sent the order in as they had given me to incorrect procedures. Despite them having my tel number they didn't bother contacting me to make alternative arrangements. After calling I had a call from Midrand branch advising that the laser used to make the pendants was broken (surely only one in the whole of the Foschini's group) and that my daughters gift will not be ready as planned. I now have to go in and collect my deposit. DISGUSTING TO SAY THE LEAST!!! I will never EVER buy anything from American Swiss again!!
