Good day,

I have purchased a comforter set at Homechoice last year 2012 towards end of September, then I returned it on the 2 October 2012 because it was damaged, according to the post office they say that it was delivered on the 5 October 2012 and on the box it has the amount of (R73.33) used for postage. But till today I have not yet receive my refund and they keep on phoning me several times in a day demanding their R192 when I ask them about my refund they say I should fax the receipt and I told them that the printing on the receipt has faded away but I only have a clear proof of another invoice that shows that the parcel was insured they say they don't need that one because the auditors will question them about the receipt. I tried to explain to them that the post office they say they only keep receipt for three months not longer than that they have said they (Ms Toutiega Kamalim, Supervisor from call centre) will contact the post office and get back to me but she never did. I just need my refund and settle my account before they blacklist me because rumours are saying that they (HOMECHOICE) are so quick to blacklist. I need your URGENT advice/assistance please.
