Dear Spar owner,
If I as a customer at your store are not happy with the service I get, I do not go around shouting at you or your staff or start throwing a fit in front of other customers. I treat you with respect and handle the situation maturely!
I expect you to do the same with your suppliers!!!
I saw how you treated one of your suppliers today.
Made a scene, shouted at the poor supplier (a lady) and chased her out of your Spar like a dog. This in front of all your customers in the store leaving the poor lady in tears as everyone was staring at her.
Looked liked you have gone on a "Power rush" and really behaved immaturely!
Just remember your supplier today is also your customer tommorow!!
Yes, I do not know what the supplier did wrong or how they dissapointed you, but everyone still deserves to be treated with respect! They are afterall also still just people!
If you can't manage people, how can you manage a Spar?
Don't expect me to still visit your store in the future... I will rather visit your neighbouring Spar where the owner still have manners and respect for others!
