I have purchased the 3 piece lounge suit in January, at first one of was damage and have report this within the seven days of delivery but nothing was done and two weeks later the whole suit was faulty. i went to Beares furnishes shop to report this personally to the manager who have promised to follow up on this but now is august and nothing is done still..
