My DAD bought me a Samsung NP300E5C laptop from your store on Thursday 7 February 2013. It was bought for R 6999 - [trade-in-discount-for-old-laptop of R 1500] = R 5400.00
6 months later and there seems to be a paint-material peeling off the front part of the laptop (right of the trackpad).
Mystified what's the cause of this. My other laptop that I had for 4 years never peeled.
Is this a manufacturing defect with Samsung or with the type of goods stocked at you?
