Ramothello & Tsotetsi Inc. is pathetic. I made arrangements for payment with Edgars after being in a bit of a financially challenging time. After this Edgars still decided to hand the account over, even though I have kept my agreement since October last year or correspondended directly with Miss Lebogang Selomane. I get harassed every month with letters from the attorney stating I am not paying in accordance with my agreement, even though I am and I get a phone call every month as well when I have already paid. I send proof of payment every month to the Miss Selomane at Edgars that I made the arrangement with. I know I am being charged by the attorneys for every call and every letter they send. I find this totally unacceptable when I had already made an arrangement 9 months ago. This is against the NCA. Who do these people think they are!!!
