Terrible email etiquette

I have decided to withdraw my credit application with House and Home because of their bad attitude. There are hundreds of people selling beds out there.

Have a look at the email I received from them. I have replied to them and do not wish to do anymore business with them

Please advise when is the right time to get hold of you.

Firstly dear friends. The signal at my work is terrible, and secondly I was busy WORKING! I cant just answer my phone every time someone calls weeks after I submitted my application.
