Account Information on website not updated

My Edgars online account enquiries has been updated in June of 2013.
I make a payment every month, but the information on the website still shows June's transactions and I have no idea if I am making the correct amount of payments every month and if Edgars received it, as usually my payments reflected on the interm statement online, but this also has been updated last in June.
Please fix this as I also received an online statement about 6 months ago!!
