Too much work, rude to clients

On my recommendation my brother's daughter ordered 6 bridemaid's dresses from Gelique. I was a bit late as they run the business from a unmarked house with no board. I waited at the door for a long time without being let in. I was greeted with a very unfriendly face and they made sure to let me feel unwelcome and as if I wasted their time. We had to pay the deposit even before they would start working on the dress. I paid the money the next day in full. I received an email confirming collection with the following message "Due to high volumes of deposits and emails, dresses will not be given without a HARD COPY of proof of payment, even if proof of payment has been emailed" Highlighted in red, and then the wording repeated highlighted in yellow. I have emailed my proof of payment, it shows on their bank statement! I phoned their offices (or house rather) to complaint about this. I was told that they can't check every hour for deposit. Then Angelique screamed at me over the phone that she doesn't need my business or references. (Yes, lady - only because you already HAVE my money in your account). At 500-600 dresses (at R500 per dress) per week I suppose you don't need my money!
