I was at Donna Claire in Menlyn shopping centre and asked them to phone the Silverton Branch at 12h40 to find out if they have a denim Jeans Barcode 5444395627. On the system it showed that Silverton had 3 size 20's. They wanted to know from which area is the customer. I then informed them I will come from Menlyn and will be there before 13h00 because this is the time the branch at silverton is closing. They informed me that if I am not there by 13h00 they will be closed. They then went to the branch to go and look if there were any size 20's and came back to the phone and informed me that there was not even one. I do not believe them because I feel that they were not honest. They only did that because they wanted to go home. I am not happy with their service I spoke to Dineo Ranak at Silverton Foschini and informed her that I will report her. She at first didnt want to give me her name because she wanted to find out why I wanted to report her. I have been with Foschini for more then 10 years and never have I received such bad service. I had to ask the consultant to request one from Polokwane and had to pay an extra R30-00 just because Silverton did not want to help me.
