I was interested in buying a MP3 or an Apple Ipod. I went to Game to see what exactly it was I was looking for and to compare different products. The service I received was shocking. All of the devices' (on display) batteries were flat, so I couldn't switch it on to see it's screen, functions etc. I was told that he couldn't charge them. My question is: Why then are they on display? I then asked for any form of information regarding the different Ipods and MP3's, but the person working there couldn't tell or give me anything. He couldn't even give me the box that the device comes in so that I can see something about it. I left Game extremely disgusted by it's poor poor customer service. I don't think a store should sell a product that they know nothing about (it seemed like that).
