A Samsung salesperson who worked behind the Makro Wonderboom counter sold me a camera not telling me the whole trueth about the camera and the batteries you need to use with this product. now I am have endless problems with this product and they are uncontactable and the call centre agents are useless!!! I want to speak to a key accounts manager but looks like they dont have anybody there you can speak to.
Worst Customer Experiance of my life!!!
