This week I received 2 vouchers and yesterday I presented them at your store in Farrarmere in Benoni for copayment of goods. The one voucher was accepted and the other was not because the card number differs.
I was told the store would not accept it as I had to contact the customer call centre and sort myself.
Why do you send vouchers for loyalty programme you cannot use? I used to give the vouchers to my mom as she is a pensioner to subsidise her purchases and she also has been turned away because the card number does not match her card.
I think your policy of card number that needs to match the card is a load of. Why can't give my vouchers for someone else to use.
Your prices are not competitive as the Pic a Pay is cheaper on many product and from today I will not use your shop for any purchases.
