My heart is overwhelmed with joy and gratitude as I write to you. I visited your store on Tuesday, 30th July 2013, and while I was shopping, I realised that I had only one earring on my ears. I had lost the other one and started to frantically retrace my steps. I spoke to your cashier Meagan and show her what my earring looked like. She was so kind to take my details and assured me that if they find it, she will call me. This morning, I received a call from your manager Ms Nicola Kinloch, enquiring if I was the customer that lost a piece of jewellery! My heart skipped a beat when she asked me to describe it to her. And when I did, she advised me that she had found my earring!!! I was ecstatic!! More so, because Nicola was actually off on the day that I had lost my earring and when she returned to work, Meagan told her that I had lost my earring. She told me that she always was looking for it whenever she was walking around the shop and this morning, she found it!! I just want to thank Nicola for her honesty. I want to thank Meagan for advising all her colleagues to look out for my earring. I want say congratulations for employing such honest ladies with compassion and integrity
