I am really disappointed by this product as well as the service @ NIKE Canal Walk. 2 months after the 1 year warranty expired, I noticed that the strap containing the USB has started breaking in two. The first time I took it to the store, the manager took photo's of the strap and promised to forward it to the manufacturer. After not hearing from them for about 2 weeks I called them up and was asked to bring in the receipt. Which I did. After another week of not hearing from them, I decided to go to the store in person. I was told they have'nt heard anything from the manufacture but needed to take some more photos. That was two weeks ago. This have been dragging on for a month now, with no end in site. I do love the watch and relied on it for all my running stats, which I'm probably going to lose. Come on NIKE SA SURELY YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS.
