Placed an order on 25/07/2013, selected delivery for 30/07/2013, between 9-12. Nobody showed up on 30/07, so I phoned them around 16:00, and was promised delivery for 31/07 in the same time slot 9-12. Again, nobody showed up.. They phoned me at about 15:30, saying that the driver is stuck in traffic and won't be able to make delivery, so AGAIN I scheduled delivery for today, 01/08/2013 between 9-12. Guess what, it's now 13:18, and I suppose I will not be receiving my groceries today either.
This is DEFINITELY THE LAST TIME I WILL MAKE USE OF PICK 'N PAY FOR ANYTHING. YOU PEOPLE ARE BRAIN DEAD AND UTTERLY USELESS!!! YET ANOTHER BUSINESS THAT'S GONE THE "PROUDLY SOUTH AFRICAN" ROUTE... AKA USELESS!
