On the 25th July I stopped at your store to purchase a number of items, including wet dog food. as I do, I checked to see what coupons there were. there was one listed for HUSKEY dog food, so i decided to purchase 4 tins. When i got to the till it kept telling the cashier that "no items on the coupon had been rung up". she then called the non-foog manager, who looked at my phone & the coupon on it, checked the item, and asked me to try it again.
When it obviously didn't work again, the manager told me that I must phone them (who is them) & that there is nothing he can do. Considering it is your companies promotional device, i don't see how you can do nothing.
I ended up leaving R700 worth of groceries because I wasn't prepared to support a store which did not support me, and I purchased these, & the rest of my monthly groceries from Pick n Pay.
Since I did not get a response from my e-mail to yourselves dated 26/07/2013, "Bad service at Checkers Northgate", i will ask my questions here. My questions to you are:
Is your EEZI COUPON system just a gimmick that doesn't work??
How can 1 of your store managers not be able to sort a problem like this out??
How will you rectify this??
