I contacted the NWJ Head office Customer Services department on 25 July 2013. I have a watch that has been in for repairs more times then i have actually worn it. I contacted the Customer Services because the watch is still not working and I would like to either have a refund or a replacement.
I got to speak to Gabriel and he promised to have someone contact me with a way forwarded. I Missed a call and the message left on my phone was garbled but i made out something that sounded like call Ramona from NWJ. No contact no given. I have been trying since the 25 to reach Ramona or someone from the customer services department. 4 messages later and an email Still no response. I get that I am not the only person on the planet with a complaint, but does it take a week for someone to get back to you or send an email.
I am not at all impressed with NWJ right now. All i want is for the money spent on the watch be refunded to me and I can go and find a watch that works.
It would have made a refreshing change to not have to resort to threats and yelling but right now that is the only way we seem to achieve results. Next stop Consumer Protection.
