December 2012 I bought a base and mattress, TV, radio, tumble dryer, fridge, microwave and a lounge suite, I was promised delivery in a week, I was told that they have everything in stock, instead I had to go to the store every day, eventually I went to go and fetch the microwave and fridge myself, the rest of the stuff was out of stock, the radio was discontinued apparently, after a month they delivered a base without a mattress, the base was broken, i went back to the store for a different radio after a few weeks I went to go and fetch the radio myself a few weeks later, then the couches and mattress was delivered i went back to them because there were cuts in the one couch, after 7 months they came to fetch the couch by this time the other couch was making a noise when u sit, now they telling me that they need to cover the couch with a different color and type of material at the warehouse, I made a call to the warehouse and I was told that the store manager gave him the go ahead to cover the couch with a other color and type of material without my permission, I need to call them and go and see them as if this furniture was free, this is just unacceptable seriously!!!
