I have bought items from Zando at least 5 times now. Everytime I order (normal order with no special delivery), i wait MAXIMUM 3 days for delivery (and I do not live in a 'major centre'). The goods I have received are always in great condition. On numerous occasions i have had queries, which i emailed, and my query was dealt with swiftly and professionally. The efficiency and helpfulness of the staff is fantastic. My last order i returned my first item, the parcel was collected and within 3 days my money refunded! I however selected store credit, and then decided to rather have it refunded to my credit card, emailed Zando and guess what, they will happily change the refund method! This is the best service i have received in a while! GREAT JOB ZANDO! I will definitely continue to buy from you guys! Great prices and great variety, it's every girls dream:)!!
