I am not sure what her job is, because what ever she is suppose to be doing she is not doing it at all!!
We bought a cape cod TV unit & coffee table from Willowbridge a year ago. We waited 6 weeks so that the tops will match in colour. The coffee table chipped this year and a new one was delivered. However the tops of the two tables are not the same anymore. The new coffee table top faded in colour and at the bottom the white made a matt round circle. We have been going back and forth for the last 3 months and still the problem is not sorted out. Jaco at Willowbridge gave me Nolenes number, she has never since 13 June phoned me back. She emailed my husband 2 weeks ago to say a guy by the name Sulvano will contact us. He was suppose to meet me last week Thursday at 12h at our home to bring sample blocks to see if they can match the two tops. He didn't show up 3 times in a row!!! When he did, he did not now why he was here and wanted to take the table with him. Not the arrangement at all. Since Monday nobody phoned back to say what is going to happen now...
You would think if you buy at your stores you buy quality, worst mistake of my life!! Never will I sit foot in there again
