I ordered 220 place mats from Mr Price and paid the 50% deposit on the 5th of July. I still have not received any stock. Every time I call to find out what is going on I either get put on hold or get no help. E-mails do not get answered unless I send 2 or more. I went to the store and asked to speak to the manager that is supposedly helping me, he was again not available. I spoke to another employee who showed me e-mail conversations between him and the Head Office (where the stock should come from) and it said that the stock will be available no later than this week. On Tuesday (2 days ago) I called and the manager said the stock is on its way and he will call the next day to inform me; yet no call. Again today I phoned without getting any help, I sent an e-mail to which I luckily got a response which said that the stock has not arrived yet. I also sent an e-mail to the customer care to which I got no response.
I am also in the service industry and I find this totally unacceptable. A customer should be taken care of.
