I logged a complaint with Furniture City Ref 146448 for a factory default couch that they sold to me few first month i bought it from them last year in 2012, they sent their guys to repair and who confirmed that the couch is factory default and he wrote a recommendation letter to replace it, but since then i getting a run around every month i get to deal with a different manager who promises to escalate to the Regional manager and warehouse, and it's now over a year but they keep on debiting my account for the damaged goods. I Have been paying for goods that i'm not happy with, when i bought it they told me there is 1 year warranty and i reported to them in the first month i purchased to couch. FURNITURE CITY IS SELLING DAMAGED GOODS AND THERE IS NO CUSTOMER AFTER CARE, THEY ARE ONLY NICE WHEN YOU WANT TO BUY ONCE THAT"S DONE, THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN EMPTYING YOUR BANK ACCOUNT FOR FACTORY DEFAULTS.
