I bought the phone last year in July, in 6 months the middle button stopped working. took it back to truworths and was taken for a repair. got it back after 3 weeks and was still a 9360 but refurbished but wasn't working, loaded R60 BIS and couldnt do anything with the phone my R60 went down the drain. took it back to Truworths and Thabo took it for a repair again got it back after 2 weeks but the phone is still not working fine. loaded R60 again to test it but the phone its still not working this phone i had it for a year. I spent R3700 for tis phone and all im getting is a non working phone. I want a new phone and its an MTN Network. if you cant give me a new phone i want my money back and i'll go purchase it where i'll get better service.
