My mother bought Leather Couches form Furniture City in 2012 February not more than 5 months later the couches started to peal, we called store and were told that they would come take them in for repairs in less than a week, a month later after we told Head Office to come get their things as we were not happy with the service and empty promises, it took them over 7 weeks to repair the couches, on the day they were delivered one could see that all that was done was a patch up job that went terribly wrong, they will like a pair of second hand couches if you compare the price that is being paid. We then called the store and they told us that head office has to deal with the matter of which was never attended to till I decided to go see the Manager on Furniture City Centurion in April and he told me that he would handle the matter asap and it would take less than 3 weeks for them to replace the couches. It has been 3 months and we have been calling both the store and head office and none of them can follow up on our query. We have really had enough of this because money is being paid for goods that are not in a good condition, i mean it's been close to 2 years now but still
