To whom it may concern,
About 3 months ago I purchased a large 3 seater couch from Mr Price Home in Oudtshoorn for R4500. While recently cleaning I moved the couch (by myself) and notices the extensive damage the couch had made to the tiles (literally chipped large pieces of tile out of the floor)... in a place that I am renting, which I will now be held liable for. Once I had someone there to help me move the couch to see what was cause the damage to the floors, we notices that the base of the couch has 5 holes for 'feet' which were never given to me when I purchased the couch. Over and above the cost of the couch I have spent thousands at your store over the past few months, way in excess of R8000. Please be so kind as to have the feet for the couch delivered to me at your nearest convenience. I have been an account holder for ages... hope that counts for something.
