I took my mom to pick n pay in rosettenville, I know they have shampoo for lice that I use to get from dis hem only so to get it local is good, however when we got to the till the cashier couldn't ring it up as it does not scan, calling the manager he says well I can't give u the product as we need to get it from head office, why not talk to us with respect? We were still talking to him when he turned around and walked away, it would have been a different story if he was trying to help but instead he walked away and made it worse, what happened to the customer is always right, or to treat a customer with respect always? I use to be a cashier and if this is the new ways of shops I will rather go to a place where I am respected. We saw that it was a sign of disrespect on a customer is talking to you but ey I don't want to talk to them, lets walk away nothing's gonna happen any way
