Every time I visit Checkers in Eikestad Mall and pay cash, the person at the till NEVER gives me the correct change. Even when it is 5 cents, I feel it is the customer's decision to forego their change.
I can only speculate that this is a culture that has been created by management, as I was checking out with 3 different ladies each time. Worst of all is, when I ask for my 5 cents they will laugh at me and then make me wait 5 minutes before they finally hand it over.
This is the only shop where I have experienced this. Every single grocer, especially PnP, will never hesitate to give me ALL my change
