I was very disappointed when I bought 2 bottles of Skip Auto Liquid a couple of weeks ago.
I bought 2 bottles of the liquid which had stickers on which read 'Guaranteed Gift'. When I got home, I followed the instructions, chose my gifts, and was told that I would receive a phone call to confirm my choice of gift within 48 hours. 48 hours expired, received sms that claimed that they couldn't reach me and that I have to call or send an email. I sent an email. No response. I sent another one via the main site about 2 days afterwards - no response. Called them on Friday, promised that I will received movie ticket codes within 24 hours. No codes received. Total waste of time and money.
I view this as false advertising and a form of indirect. I will boycott all Unilever products from here onwards and will advise others to do the same. Take the 'Guaranteed Gift (s)' and stick it up your Unilever!
