Oct 2011 I bought a sewing machine from your retail shop Janome model jfs1821s I had it for four months and feb 2012 it stopped working I took it in and ask for my money back or the machine replaced the lady there refused she insist that it need to be booked in for service. Machine was still under guarantee do not know why all this trouble it could have been replaced and then none of this would be happening but no she think she bows better. I got it back and that same year oct 2012 I was back same problem. Ask again-but again no we can or replace need to send for repairs. Again got machine back now another couple of months later machine no longer under guarantee machine again stopped working last night. What now I am so sick and tited of this I need that machine replaced cause fixing it the 3rd time is not an option.
