False advertising - 'Guaranteed Gift'

I was very disappointed when I bought 2 bottles of Omo Auto Liquid a couple of weeks ago.

I bought 2 bottles of the liquid which had stickers on which read 'Guaranteed Gift. FREE movie ticket, OR meal voucher OR Mani/Pedi with purchase'. When I got home, I followed the instructions, chose my gifts, and was told that I would receive a phone call to confirm my choice of gift within 48 hours. I am still waiting for that phone call and it has now been 11 days!

I view this as false advertising and am not impressed at all!
