Russels staff are Incompetent, unfriendly and rude

I had placed a claim with Russels to replace my damaged goods. They called me to tell me that i must bring the damged goods and make the exchange. I found out that they had ordered the wrong TV for me, I asked the stock control manager who explained to me that the TV they have on their records and product code is a not a 3D tv. But I bought a 3D Tv from that store. The store manager Cynthia then comes and screams at me and tells me that they have never sold 3d TV's in their store and the product code that is on the delivery note and on their system says that it is not a 3D TV. I would like a response to my complaint ASAP, I would like to know when and where my TV will be replaced and what is the way forward in this matter. The Thabazimbi Branch was not even willing to check for the right tv and assist me in the exchange process. Russles stores are Incompetent, unfriendly, rude and they don't know what products they are selling. I also sugguset that the Russels group do a better job at training their store managers on the product offerings they sell.
