I've been to this branch for a full face wax before, on a previous occasion a therapist by the name of Letti had seen to me. I had no problem and was charged R150.I went into the same branch on the above mentioned date for the same treatment mentioned. Natalie was the therapist this time, not sure if she is a trainee, but after I left the one part of my face started burning, it got worse towards the evening and I couldn't even wash my face. My skin had been burnt and has now left a scar. Secondly I was charged R250 instead of R150 and the reason given is that upper lip and eye brow is charged seperately. It doesn't make sense as a full face should include upper lip and eyebrow. Furthermore this charge is not mentioned or updated on the price list in the salon or on the website. I sent an email to the address mentioned on the website on the 14/07/2013 including photos of my face, I laid the complaint again on the 15/07/2013 and receives an automatic response. I called the Head Office on the 16/07/13 & 17/07/13. I spoke to Nadia who said someone will respond to my complaint, but it's almost 2 weeks later and I've received NO feedback.
The customer service is APPAULING
