Bought the iron about three months ago and it has been tripping all the appliances at home causing major damage. I have misplaced the till slip. The call centre agent said that I must take the iron to the verimark store in centurion and they will give me a quote and I must pay to have the iron fixed! This is ludicrous!!! Spent R600 and now I must spend more money to have it fixed!!! This is the kind of service you can expect from verimark? I will never purchase a verimark product again if this is the attitude of your call centre. Also has damaged other appliances in my home and who is going to pay for that!!! I am disgusted that in this day and age we support so called reputable companies who in return treat their customers like artists!!! I did not the iron but merely misplaced the till slip.
