I bought pants from Woolworths (studio w) late last year. Within one hour of wearing them, the seam in the crotch came apart. I went to a nearby tailor and fixed it. I decided to let it go. Two weeks ago I bought another different pair. I am wearing them today and have realised that the seam in the same area has come apart. The pants are not small but are instead a size bigger and fit me fine. This is highly embarassing to think that I have been walking aroung the office with my crotch in view to my colleagues. Since this has happened twice in less than 4 months, I am weary of purchasing clothing from Woolworths. You portray yourself as a good brand of top quality but pay no attention to the minor details.
I do not want to be on hold in a call centre so someone needs to contact me soon. I would like a full refund for my pants and compensation for the inconvenience.
