I went to Checkers on the 22/07/2013 to buy few items and withdraw money on the tills. I withdrew an amount of R340 and asked the cashier by the name of Lerato Madikwane if she could give me 2 R50 notes, she said to me she is not allowed to give me change. Then after she gave me the money I decided to take the Tinkies and gave her the R100 note to pay for the Tinkies. She then said she can't sell me the Tinkies because she doesn't have change. I was dissapointed because when I buy something I expect the Teller to go ask for a change if she doesn't have a change. And also dissapointed that at Checkers they can turn away the customer based on the fact that they can't get them a change.
